Connie is a strategic negotiator and excels at customer service to her clients.
Phil Ketron
Phillip (Phil) Ketron has been a licensed insurance agent since 1993 in Tennessee and Virginia earning the Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) designation. Phil has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and has owned several businesses which gives him a unique insight as to the needs of employers. Phil has a heart for seniors and loves taking care of older clients with their Medicare related products.
Meghan Shaffer
Meghan Shaffer has been a licensed insurance agent since 2011 in Tennessee and Virginia. Meghan has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and has worked her way into becoming a partner with Triten Insurance, Inc. Meghan specializes in Property & Casualty products for both businesses and individuals. Meghan’s hard work and determination has proven to be her biggest asset to her clients.
Kristy Cormier
Kristy manages all aspects of our office. She has an extensive knowledge of the insurance industry having most recently served as a Customer Service Agent before her promotion.

Avery Mason
Avery is a recent graduate for East Tennessee State University and started her career in insurance in 2022. She loves helping people and is available to assist you with your insurance needs.
